As of April 2008 the Clubhouse is 90% complete. There is a shortfall of over 100,000 Euro. It is proposed to petition Local Councilors and Dublin City Council to assist us in seeking waivers and helping us to complete the project. The shortfall has been encountered mainly due to extra costs associated with security of the site due to the arson attack that set us back recently and the rise in building costs since the start of the project.

It is hard to believe we would have got this far if it had not been for the support we recieved after the burning of the clubhouse and we are in debt to all those that have helped us out.

Connection of Foul/Surface Water - 24,500 Euro

Fencing with Wall - 28,000 Euro approx

Associated Costs - 54,000 Euro

Landscaping - 4,000 Euro

Soil Removal - 8,000 Euro

Furnishings - 14,000 Euro
